    • Universal Internet Access: Aim for widespread and affordable internet access across urban and rural areas to bridge the digital divide and ensure that all citizens can benefit from ICT services.
    • Digital Literacy and Education: Establish initiatives to improve digital literacy among citizens of all ages and backgrounds. This includes training programs, online resources, and partnerships with educational institutions.
    • E-Government Services: Develop and expand online government services, allowing citizens to access various services, such as tax filing, permits, and license applications, online.
    • Cybersecurity: Enhance cybersecurity measures to protect citizens' digital data, sensitive information, and critical infrastructure from cyber threats.
